Heating conversion MDF, by Marco

I found an inspiring example on Pinterest and decided to give it my own twist, adjusting the dimensions to fit perfectly around our heating system. Then I got to work.

Because this project was a bit of a puzzle with 52 separate pieces, it really helped that all the panels came labeled with their exact lengths and widths. The stickers were easy to remove afterward — clean and without residue.

Using dowels and a Wolfcraft doweling jig, everything came together quickly and with perfect alignment. We were even able to assemble and place the entire unit in one go.

Behind the small enclosure, we’ve cleverly hidden the Wi-Fi router, TV amplifier, NAS, and other electronics, keeping everything neat and out of sight.
