Cinema wall with pine shelves, by Marvin

Description

The house had a wall with a fireplace and built-in cupboard in front. Removing the fireplace was not possible and there was too little space for a TV between the wall and cupboard. A front wall has been placed with 3 compartments in it plus a recess for the TV.

Retention wall with compartments

First we made a sketch and measured the TV. Then made a frame from spruce beams. The 4 compartments are made of MDF and then everything is covered with plaster and plastered. The compartments are open at the bottom, so that the wiring is still accessible. The planks are loose and are perfectly tailored. The compartments are equipped with sockets, TV and internet connection and Philips hue spot. The bottom of the compartments is covered with 28mm pine which is exactly cut to size by TOSIZE.co.uk. The shelves are lacquered in oak color
