Il materiale è arrivato con un corriere affidabile. Ben imballato in 2 spedizioni separate per non rendere il peso eccessivo. Il materiale di prima qualità è arrivato intatto.

Ordinato piano in MDF il primo è arrivato con pacco aperto e danneggiato, il secondo in sostituzione è arrivato sempre aperto e danneggiato. L'imballaggio del pacco alla fonte non è idoneo e dopo aver chiesto di prestare attenzione è arrivato alla stessa maniera se non peggio. Hanno creato solo danni, 20gg per non avere nulla. Servizio ridicolo

Avevo ordinato due pannelli di legno che, quando ho aperto il pacco, ho visto che erano entrambi spaccati. Ho scritto una mail di protesta alla ditta corredandola con una foto e loro in men che non si dica mi hanno rifatto l'ordinativo, senza neanche richiedere indietro i pannelli rotti! ECCEZIONALI!
