A piece of furniture with a number of compartments and a recess in the top for the BBQ, suitable for outside by using Multiplex Okoumé Waterproof plates.

Homemade BBQ furniture from Plywood

1. The following materials ordered via TOSIZE.co.uk: 2x Multiplex Okoumé Waterproof 25 mm 90.0 x 70.0 cm 2x Multiplex Okoumé Waterproof 25 mm 170.0 x 70.0 cm 1x Multiplex Okoumé Waterproof 25 mm 165.0 x 70 , 0 cm 2x Multiplex Okoumé Waterproof 25 mm 70.0 x 50.5 cm 1x Multiplex Okoumé Waterproof 25 mm 70.0 x 53.0 cm 2. Then cut a hole in one of the two 170.0 x 70.0 boards for the BBQ. 3. Sanded the edges slightly. 4. Primed everything. 5. Applied 2 coats of paint everywhere. 6. The plates put together, 3 holes pre-drilled with a 4mm wood drill per corner where 2 plates meet, holes enlarged with a 6mm countersink drill, to then glue the furniture and screw with (in total 36) 5x60mm stainless steel screws. 7. Filled the holes with wood filler and sanded a little. 8. Last coat of paint on it.
